I just do

I am the happiest when I write an english poem and because that's rarely, I like them so much. Not sure why, I just do. I feel joy.
Reading Virginia Woolf -The Waves now and maybe you can understand the state, the mood. I now found my favourite expression. The thing is I was looking for this word, for this expression, for a way to name that sensation. The nape of the neck. Since forever I think I was on the hunt for this one. These couple of days, while walking I would touch that part and feel its warmth.

I touch the nape of my neck,
I let my hand and fingers linger;
I feel your touch,
With my soul I shiver.
